Our Navigators take the time to understand your unique situation and help you explore resources that may be a good fit. Whether you’re seeking support for the first time, feeling stuck, or unsure of what comes next, we’re here to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Share your experiences with one dedicated Navigator who takes the time to listen and get to know you.
Spend less time navigating websites, referrals, and waitlists, and more time focusing on what matters.
You don’t have to navigate it alone. Your Navigator is there to stand beside you, advocate for you, and help guide the way forward.
When you’re unsure, we’ll help make sense of your options and what to do next.
For more than a decade, FNP has helped youth and their families navigate mental health and addictions services across the Greater Toronto Area, made possible through the generous philanthropic support of our trusted partners.

Our Intake Coordinator will learn more about your needs, answer any initial questions, and begin the process of matching you with a Navigator.
You’ll be connected with a Navigator who will work alongside you to understand your situation and help you find services and supports that are right for you.
We know that needs can change over time. Whether it’s weeks, months, or years later, you can reconnect with your Navigator for support as your needs evolve.
FNP does not provide counselling, treatment, or crisis services. We help youth and families find and connect with services and supports that are right for them.
Taking that first step can be really intimidating. But reaching out is a sign of strength. FNP helps people keep that strength going.
Our FNP navigator made a world of difference for our family. We would not be in the solid place we are without their support during our very challenging time. There were times FNP felt like the only door open to welcome us in with our challenges. They provided strategies, advocated on our behalf, and listened to the specific challenges my daughter and our family were facing
Things that once felt impossible became possible.
FNP operates on the traditional, treaty, and unceded territories of many nations. FNP is grateful to work on these lands and is committed to working in solidarity with Indigenous Peoples.
Equity, diversity, inclusion, accessibility, and anti-racism are central to how we work. FNP is committed to reducing barriers and providing culturally responsive, identity-affirming navigation so every youth and family feels heard, respected, and supported.
We’re ready to listen, guide, and help you take the next step.
